Job Title: Junior Sous Chef
Location: Hunstanton, Norfolk
Salary: £34,000 per annum
Tronc: £3,000 per annum
Hours: 4 days a week (option to work an extra day for an additional 20% pay)
Accommodation: Live-in provided

We are a busy hotel restaurant in Hunstanton, serving high-quality seasonal cuisine to a diverse clientele. Our kitchen team values teamwork, professionalism, and creativity, and we are looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to support our Head Chef and Sous Chef in running a smooth and efficient kitchen.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a restaurant or hotel setting.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and enthusiastic about producing high-quality food.
  • Some experience in supervising or mentoring junior staff is desirable.
