About the Role:
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will:
Assist in overseeing food preparation and cooking for small to large-scale in-house and catering events
Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure high-quality food production
Maintain exceptional client service and uphold our standards of excellence
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in food preparation and kitchen operations
MUST be familiar with Caribbean cuisines
A team player with strong leadership skills
Ready to take the next step in their culinary career
