Opened on December 24th 1904, The London Coliseum is the largest theatre in London’s West End. As well as being the home of the English National Opera, it’s the London home of the English National Ballet. Although primarily used for opera performances, look out for summer blockbuster shows and the classic Nutcracker every Christmas. Salary: £15.50 plus service charge Contract: Full Time, Permanent About the Sous Chef role: Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed by the Head / Sous Chef Assist in the development and planning of menus Ensuring the food quality is at its highest standard at all times Ensure the performance of the chef team is of the highest standard by motivating and leading by example Assist with stock taking when required Ensure all food safety and health and safety procedures are maintained to the highest standard Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Experience within a high volume kitchens Strong communication and leadership skills Additional Information Benugo has built a culture of inclusivity & progression for all employees. Responsibilities

The Junior Sous Chef will assist the Head/Sous Chef in preparing and cooking menu items while also contributing to menu development and planning. They must ensure the highest standards of food quality are maintained at all times.
