For our restaurants “Giorgia” in Munich we are looking for Junior Sous Chefs who will be our Chefs of tomorrow. Your main tasks will be:

• Guarantee the quality of the dishes and compliance with the recipes;
• Manage the service independently;
• Manage and coordinate the brigade;
• Control of kitchen KPIs.
