Middleton’s Steakhouse has a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef at our Milton Keynes restaurant.

Milton Keynes is a high volume restaurant and you will be leading a kitchen of chefs ensuring the kitchen maintains its high standards and service.
Leadership of a team is a must, the main part of this role is training chefs and delegating to sous chefs.
Our menu is very easy to learn with all company specs provided, focusing on fresh, simple food.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef that can handle the demand of a high volume, high standard restaurant and be committed to deliver results in:

• Guest satisfaction
• Staff motivation and training
• Business controls
• Leading a 500+ cover service from the pass
• Consistency in standards

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?

Due to the nature of the business, experience in managing kitchens delivering this volume is essential. However full company specs/training will be provided.
