The Exec Head is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to assist with the management of the kitchen whilst cooking good quality dishes for its multi-outlet operation that has an excellent reputation. The property offers all day dining with a breakfast menu, bar menus and fine dining in its restaurant where all dishes are made from scratch on site using quality, fresh local ingredients to a rosette standard. The property is a popular wedding venue and during the peak season is very busy, it needs a Junior Sous Chef who is capable of running all sections under pressure whilst also being able to manage the junior members of the team.
REQUIREMENTS:
An experienced Junior Sous Chef who has the ability to help run a busy kitchen operation whilst also ensuring that the cooking standards always meet the property’s expectations is needed to take on this position. A stable background working in similar high volume, multi-outlet, fresh food kitchens is essential.
