EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
THE ROLE
We’re seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support the daily kitchen operations, working closely with our Executive Chef and Head Chef. You’ll help lead and motivate the team, ensure consistency of execution across all sections, and play a key part in maintaining our standards. In the absence of senior chefs, you will oversee the pass and drive service with focus and precision.
This is a full-time position suited to ambitious chefs who are passionate about quality produce, open-fire cooking, and developing within a team striving for culinary excellence.
