About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience working as a Junior Sous Chef A formal Chef trade qualification Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team, leading by example Experience building strong relationships with producers and ensuring high-quality, ethically sourced ingredients Impeccable attention to detail A proactive mindset with the confidence to take initiative and make sound business decisions Drive, creativity, and a genuine passion for cooking, paired with a strong customer service focus Up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends and industry best practices, with a growth mindset Commitment, reliability, and flexibility to work late nights and weekends as required The physical capacity to perform the inherent requirements of the role Full working rights in Australia Why Join Us?
