• The RoleAs Junior Sous Chef, you will:Support the senior kitchen team with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Help lead and motivate the brigade during busy services
• Maintain consistently high standards across all sections
• Work with premium seasonal ingredients and open-fire cooking techniques
• Support the training and development of junior chefs
• Assist with kitchen organisation, stock control and ordering
• Ensure excellent standards of food safety, cleanliness and consistency

• The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who:Has solid experience as a Junior Sous Chef within a fine dining restaurant
• Comes from a strong, high-quality restaurant background
• Is confident supporting and leading a busy kitchen brigade
• Has excellent attention to detail and consistency
• Is organised, calm under pressure and comfortable taking responsibility
• Is ambitious and keen to continue developing their career
