We are seeking a Junior Sous Chef at Carlton Hotel. The role itself will be to support the management team in the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen, as well as cooking and running various sections within the kitchen.
Our Junior Sous Chef will be confident in all areas of the kitchen department. You will be responsible in assisting the Head Chef in effectively managing the brigade and ensuring the quality of food meets RAD Hotel Group standards. You will be organised and have a keen eye for detail.
