We’re on the hunt for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our buzzing team at The Castle Inn – the heart of Castle Donington.
We’re not just a pub – we’re a place where locals and visitors come together for incredible food, good vibes, and a proper welcome. Our menu is built on fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and we’re always looking to push flavours and have a little fun with it.
This role is perfect for a talented Chef de Partie who’s hungry (literally and figuratively) to step up, learn more, and take on extra responsibility. You’ll be right-hand to our Head Chef and Sous Chef, helping to shape menus, keep service smooth, and make sure every plate that leaves the pass is top-notch.
What we’re looking for:
Experience as a Chef de Partie (or similar).
A love for food and a curiosity to learn more.
A team player who can keep cool when the kitchen heats up.
Knowledge of food safety & hygiene (because flavour AND safety matter!).
