EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary arts, and food safety practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes that delight guests.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, along with basic maintenance knowledge.
