We are hiring a Junior Sous Chef at Trius Winery Restaurant. We are seeking someone with experience as a pastry chef as well. Rare opportunity to work back of house at Niagara’s only Michelin-recommended dining experience!
Reporting to the Executive Chef and working closely with the entire kitchen management team this position is ideal for someone with some previous leadership experience who wants to grow in an amazing organization with estate wineries across Canada.

We are seeking a passionate and motivated leader to join Executive Chef Frank Dodd’s culinary team. The Junior Sous Chef is accountable for providing leadership in the kitchen, including training and developing the team, assisting in the development and delivery of a high-quality food program, representing the kitchen at internal and external functions, and supporting the Manager on Duty ("MOD") when the Executive Chef is out of the kitchen.
