Are you looking for your next challenge? We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef with at least 1 years hospitality experience to join our team.
A substantial investment and in-depth refurbishment plan has bought this stunning venue back to life.
You will work with the team and assist with daily deliveries, measure and prepare ingredients, prepare local produce and assist with stock rotation.We are looking for a willingness to learn and a ability to work well under pressure.
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
-At least one years experience in a similar role
-A keen eye for detail, ready to produce exciting and innovative new dishes
-Solid understanding of all current legislation, H&S guidelines and all HACCP standards and procedures
-Flexibility in shift patterns, ie early morning shift to cover guest’s breakfast or late night evening service.
-A pure love for the job that you do!
