Description

We are an established business trading over 16 years, with two modern restaurants (Fulham and Kensington High Street), known for a strong emphasis on seasonal and freshly prepared food.
We are seeking a creative and hard-working Junior Sous Chef to join our modern eatery, where you will collaborate closely with the kitchen team to propose and develop innovative brunch and lunch dishes inspired by trending culinary content and seasonal ingredients. As a key team player, you will contribute to menu planning, ensure high standards of food quality and presentation, and support efficient kitchen operations in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Main skills required are as follows:

  • Highly motivated and all rounder with experience in modern European cuisine;
  • Specific experience in brunch and lunch dishes of Antipodean influence
  • Self starter and creative person with ability to work independently;
  • Excellent hygiene levels, hard working and responsible person;
  • Experience in sourcing and implementing seasonally changing menu;
  • Adaptable, team player and client focused

The job will offer opportunity for career development as well as the ability for a hard working and creative chef to influence the direction of the business and hence become an important long term stakeholder.
Total package is dependent on experience and will include 28 days paid holiday, pension contributions and other benefits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £16.50-£17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
