SearchPlus HR is excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated Junior Specialist in Cardiac Anesthesia to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level role, you will work under the guidance of experienced anesthesiologists, gaining valuable hands-on experience in providing anesthesia care for patients undergoing cardiac surgical procedures. As a Junior Specialist, your responsibilities will include assisting in the pre-operative assessment of patients and supporting the development of individualized anesthesia plans. You will have the opportunity to administer anesthesia under supervision during various cardiac surgeries, including coronary artery bypass grafting and valve surgeries, while ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about pursuing a career in cardiac anesthesia and are eager to learn and grow within a supportive healthcare environment.
