You will be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to advancing patient outcomes through innovative surgical techniques and compassionate treatment. Requirements: Degree in Medicine with completed residency in General Surgery Fellowship or training in Cardio Thoracic Surgery preferred or in progress Valid medical license and eligibility to practice in the UAE Strong clinical knowledge and surgical skills in cardiothoracic procedures Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety Adaptability to work in a government hospital setting with diverse patient populations Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus
