Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance surgical competencies. Adhere strictly to government regulations, safety, and hygiene standards during surgical practices. Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or DO) and successful completion of residency training in General Surgery is preferred. Eligibility for board certification in General Surgery is advantageous. A strong interest in surgical practices within a government healthcare context. Foundational clinical skills and understanding of guidelines for surgical procedures. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work harmoniously within a healthcare team. Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a public health setting.
