Your tasks

• Support in identifying and structuring new fields of innovation based on market, trend and consumer analyses.
• Conducting research and initial research activities to derive clear insights, problems, and hypotheses.
• Collaboration in the development of physical product concepts and digital or hybrid solutions – from the initial idea to the first prototype.
• Development, testing and further development of AI agents, automated workflows and AI capabilities for internal stakeholders and consumers.
• Planning and execution of workshops, tests and validations with users , experts and internal teams
• Structured presentation of results, learnings and decision-making criteria, as well as the derivation of clear next steps.
• Close collaboration with colleagues from various departments and external partners, as well as independent further development of topics along defined milestones.

Your profile

• Completed education, e.g., university degree, university of applied sciences or comparable qualification
• Initial practical experience in innovation, physical product development, digitalization, artificial intelligence, or a comparable role
• Basic understanding of and genuine interest in AI tools, AI agents, automated workflows, and the development of digital solutions; programming skills are an advantage.
• Initial experience with user-centered methods, e.g., design thinking, qualitative research, or prototyping.
• Empathy for different target groups and the ability to understand open challenges and translate them into clear problem statements.
• Open-minded, eager-to-learn personality with a passion for creative collaboration and a strong willingness to actively drive topics forward.
• A structured, independent and reliable work ethic, as well as a willingness to try new things and learn from feedback.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as an interest in collaborating with various internal stakeholders.
• Excellent English skills, German is an advantage
