As a Junior Specialist Neurosurgeon, you will work alongside experienced neurosurgical teams, assisting in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with neurological disorders. You will gain hands-on experience in performing various procedures while ensuring high standards of patient care. Responsibilities Assist in the evaluation and management of patients with neurological conditions Participate in pre-operative assessments and contribute to the development of surgical plans Assist in performing surgical procedures under the guidance of senior surgeons Monitor post-operative recovery and manage patient care as directed Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and treatment plans Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance surgical skills and knowledge Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare standards Medical degree with a focus on neurosurgery and a valid license to practice Basic understanding of neurosurgical principles and procedures Some experience in a clinical setting, ideally within neurosurgery or related fields Strong desire to learn and develop skills under the mentorship of experienced surgeons Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interactions Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Commitment to patient care and continuous professional development Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus
