Key Responsibilities: Assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with orthopedic conditions. Support senior surgeons during surgical procedures, learning and applying best practices in orthopedic surgery. Develop individualized patient care plans and maintain accurate medical records. Conduct pre-operative assessments and participate in post-operative care for patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient management. Stay updated with advances in orthopedic practices and participate in training programs. Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or DO) with a specialization in orthopedic surgery. A minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in orthopedic surgery. Knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols related to orthopedic care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with patients and team members. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in orthopedic surgery. A valid license to practice in the UAE or eligibility for licensure. Flexibility to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.
