In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing laboratory samples and assisting senior specialists in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional, this position provides robust training and exposure to advanced pathology practices. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and examination of laboratory specimens, documenting findings accurately. Support the senior pathology team in conducting tests, including histopathology and cytopathology procedures. Participate in pathology case reviews and contribute to diagnostic discussions. Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and maintain high standards of safety and quality. Engage in continuous professional development by attending training sessions and workshops. Medical degree with a specialization or focus on Pathology is required. Previous experience in a medical laboratory setting or related internships is advantageous. Basic understanding of pathology and laboratory procedures. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform meticulous laboratory work. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
