This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking to develop their skills in pediatric medicine while providing exceptional care to children. As a Junior Specialist in Pediatrics, you will work in a collaborative environment, assisting experienced pediatricians in diagnosing and managing a variety of health conditions. You will have the chance to engage with young patients and their families, providing vital support and education about health and wellness. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the evaluation and management of pediatric patients under the supervision of senior specialists. Conduct routine health assessments and provide preventive care, including vaccinations and developmental screenings. Participate in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans. Educate families on health, nutrition, and developmental milestones. Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records in alignment with facility protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Engage in continuous professional development and attend training sessions to enhance skills. Medical degree (MD/DO) from an accredited institution and completion of a pediatric residency program. Eligibility for board certification in Pediatrics or actively pursuing certification. Possession of a valid medical license in the relevant jurisdiction. Strong interest in pediatric healthcare, particularly in delivering care to children. Excellent communication skills, especially for engaging with children and their parents. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while demonstrating a willingness to learn. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Commitment to providing patient-centered, compassionate care. Openness to continuous education and staying informed about developments in pediatrics.
