Responsibilities: Conduct initial patient assessments, including a thorough review of medical history and aesthetic goals Assist in formulating surgical plans tailored to individual patient needs Participate in surgical procedures under supervision, ensuring adherence to safety and procedural protocols Provide compassionate pre-operative and post-operative care to patients Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes Engage in ongoing training sessions to enhance surgical techniques and knowledge base Maintain the highest standards of patient care and confidentiality Medical Degree with specialization in Plastic Surgery Completion of relevant residency training in a recognized program Some clinical experience in plastic surgery through internships or rotations Basic knowledge of surgical procedures and techniques Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as part of a surgical team Strong dedication to patient safety and continuous professional growth Ethical demeanor and commitment to high-quality medical practice Benefits: - As per UAE labour law Salary will be around AED 55000 to 95000.
