Key Responsibilities Assist in conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients Support the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans under the guidance of senior psychiatrists Participate in therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards for patient confidentiality Educational background in medicine or psychology with a focus on psychiatry Basic knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatment methodologies Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with patients and team members Desire to learn and develop clinical skills under supervision Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities Adherence to ethical practices and patient privacy Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in psychiatry as required by the government facility Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus
