CAMPAIGN & SITE EXPERIENCE

  • Build and optimize campaign journeys and on-site product presentations to improve conversion using Fredhopper, PIM, and XO.
  • Maintain and update filters, navigation, and landing pages in line with seasonal campaign moments and consumer trends.
  • Ensure all site content reflects current product availability and brand storytelling priorities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–2 years of experience in site merchandising, digital content management, or eCommerce.
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset and basic proficiency in Excel or other reporting tools.
  • Interest or exposure to platforms like Fredhopper, XO, PIM, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar.
  • Strong eye for aesthetics, able to translate brand guidelines into appealing digital experiences.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit — comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn more about the mechanics of fashion eCommerce.
