We are currently seeking a proactive and driven Sales Manager to handle the Sports & Entertainment segment.

What you’ll do…

  • Assist in identifying and cultivating relationships with key clients in sports, music, film, and entertainment.
  • Support the creation of tailored proposals and packages for sports delegations, production crews, and VIP guests.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of high-profile bookings and events.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and revenue performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns targeting the sports and entertainment market.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategy.
  • Provide on-site support for major events, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.

What we are looking for…

  • Experience in hospitality sales, preferably within the sports or entertainment sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the sports and entertainment landscape in London and beyond.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, PMS (opera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, client-focused approach with a passion for luxury hospitality.
  • Based at The Stratford with occasional travel to client meetings, events, and industry functions.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during key sporting or entertainment events.
