PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
• Understanding of databases (e.g. Oracle, MS-SQL, MySQL) and caching systemsPrior internship or work experience in a Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps or related technical role is a plus

EDUCATION

• Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and training

• Provide production support, helping to troubleshoot incidents and outages, resolve issues, and communicate with stakeholders
• Leverage support background to identify recurring issues, document root cause, and help implement long-term fixes to prevent future incidents
• Help monitor system health, performance, and reliability using Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana
• Analyze logs, metrics, and other data sources to troubleshoot and optimize system performance
• Work with Senior engineers to analyze and optimize the performance of services and systems, ensuring they meet reliability and scalability goals.
• Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure systems are designed and build with reliability in mind
• Contribute to developing and improving internal tools and scripts to assist in system management
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation of incident responses, troubleshooting steps, and system configuration.
• Contribute to the creation of internal runbooks, operational processes, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to improve team efficiencyContinuously develop your skills and stay current on best practices in SRE, automation, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring
