REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 1 year of work-related experience in Accounting or Finance, including cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, including understanding internal controls and compliance for accurate financial reporting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    Pay Details: $19.00 to $28.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the general ledger and assist with payroll reporting
  • Manage fixed assets, including updating databases, classifying assets, and processing additions and disposals
  • Support the Financial Controller with the month-end close process
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Own the accounts receivable process, including posting cash receipts, monitoring customer accounts, and performing monthly bank reconciliations
  • Ensure timely and accurate cash application
  • Perform other general accounting responsibilities as assigned
