Key Responsibilities

• Read and create architectural drawings in AutoCAD using design related mathematical functions
• Ensure drawings comply with state/ federal regulations and standards
• Accurate data entry based upon drawings and specifications
• Assist in-house manufacturers to read designs and specifications
• Some travel to local job sites as needed

Qualifications:

• 1 or more years’ experience in AutoCAD (2D), AutoDesk, or equivalent software
• AS, BS, BA in architectural drafting OR 2-year post-high-school course certification
• Must be able to sit at a computer for prolonged periods without losing accuracy
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese preferred
• 1 or more years’ experience in construction preferred
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
