QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma holder, preferably engineering/technical.
• Two years of work experience in logistics and warehousing, preferably in an Aviation Store.
• Hands-on experience in an Inventory Management ERP system.
• Valid UAE Driving License.

JOB PURPOSE:

As part of our ambitious expansion plans, ExecuJet MRO Services Middle East is seeking a talented and experienced Junior Stores Coordinator to join our dynamic Stores Department. The primary goal of this role is to perform all the Junior Stores Coordinator functions and activities independently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing the store counter effectively and efficiently, ensuring all requirements are processed promptly.
• Picking and issuing parts to Production and counter-sales requirements.
• Booking out/in of tools and equipment, ensuring they are returned in the same condition.
• Ensuring the system is updated in real-time with all the counter activities.
• Ensuring battery-operated tools are charged as required and are always in a ready-to-use state.
• Ensuring expired parts and tools are promptly removed and processed.
• Ensuring unserviceable parts and cores are promptly removed from the unserviceable rack and processed.
• Ensuring proper segregation with serviceable, unserviceable, customer and consignment stock.
• Engaging in local procurement, collection, deliveries, and loading and unloading of goods.
• Organising the shelving and storage areas as required.
• Assisting with all store functions and activities as required on any shift.
