About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our Corporate Strategy team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent business school graduate or a candidate with up to two years of relevant professional experience (pre-/post-MBA, consulting, or a reputable trainee program) to apply strategic skills in a dynamic, global environment. The Junior Strategy Analyst will work closely with the Global Head of Corporate Strategy and M&A and other colleagues on a range of activities such as presentations, governance, project and process management activities. Responsabilities: Assist in preparing high-quality presentations and reports for senior management, management and board meetings, and other strategic forums. Support the organization, coordination, and documentation of internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions. Conduct research and basic strategic analysis on markets, competitors, and industry trends to inform decision-making. Gather and synthesize data from internal and external sources to support strategic initiatives, M&A projects, and business reviews. Help manage and improve team processes, workflows, and documentation to ensure efficient operations. Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept informed. Coordinate with internal stakeholders across regions and functions to collect information and align on project objectives. Support ad hoc projects and tasks. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; Master’s degree or pre-MBA experience a plus. Up to 2 years of work experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or a reputable trainee program preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other European languages a plus. Able to distill complex information into clear, compelling presentation in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Some experience in data analytics a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. Proactive, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. High level of professionalism and discretion.
