Job Description Junior Engineer (Bridge Structures, 3–7 Years) Support design and analysis of bridge structures (superstructure & substructure) Prepare basic design calculations, drawings, and reports Ensure compliance with relevant codes (IRC, AASHTO, Eurocodes) Coordinate with senior engineers and drafting teams Work on PSC (Pre-Stressed Concrete) girder design and detailing, including load calculations, tendon layout, and stress checks.
