Job Description Why This Role Matters We are seeking a motivated and dedicated UAE National Junior Structural Engineer to join our team and support the delivery of our flagship projects in Dubai. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a young engineering professional to gain hands-on experience in structural design, site coordination, and project execution within a leading multinational organization. The Junior Structural Engineer will play an important role in ensuring structural integrity, quality, and compliance across complex developments that contribute to the UAE’s growing infrastructure and urban landscape. Key responsibilities: Participate in design and evaluation of tender and project design. Assist in production of design reports based on calculation performed with various FEM tools. Develop project permanent and temporary works structural design packages under supervision of Senior Structural Engineers. Participate in site visits during the construction phase to ensure compliance with design intent and specifications. Ensure structural design complies with design and building codes and standards (ACI, Eurocode, British Standard, AASHTO, ASTM, etc.) and project specifications. Ensure structural design prioritize safety and comply with HSE standards. Develop R&D initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of design practices.
