We Whiten is hiring a motivated, client-facing Junior Studio Partner in Gilbert — someone who’s polished, sales-savvy, and ready to grow fast in a performance-first environment.
This role isn’t about clocking in and waiting for the day to pass. You’ll actively lead whitening sessions (we provide full training), guide product and membership sales, and help create a studio culture that runs clean, smooth, and client-focused.
What the Role Includes:

CLIENT EXPERIENCE & WHITENING SERVICES

• Perform whitening sessions (no license required — we train you)
• Provide professional, polished service from consultation to check-out
• Recommend personalized post-treatment care options

STUDIO FLOW & SUPPORT

• Help manage bookings, rebookings, and daily studio flow
• Keep the space organized, clean, and ready for each guest
• Work closely with your Studio Partner to hit daily studio goals

Who You Are:

• 1+ year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (retail, medspa, fitness, or salon)
• Confident communicator and natural closer
• Driven, coachable, and detail-oriented
• Available to work Saturdays and some holidays

Pay & Benefits:

• $20–$30/hr base pay, before tips or commission
