Summary The Junior Studio Photographer creates visually engaging product and fashion imagery that elevates the Buckle brand and inspires our Guests. Working in a studio environment, the teammate in this role will utilize technical photography expertise to showcase seasonal merchandise by accenting the quality, details, and special features through lifestyle photography.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities This description intends to describe the general nature and level of work performed by Teammates assigned to this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.   Photography and Asset Production ·         Operate digital cameras and equipment effectively to obtain high-quality photographs. ·         Follow standards for product and image photography on Buckle.com. ·         Capture on-figure and off-figure content for buckle.com. ·         Create and execute lighting diagrams for photo consistency. ·         Distribute and archive photography according to assignments and requests. ·         Collaborate with teams and coworkers to understand and execute project requirements.   General ·         Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit. ·         Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. ·         Special projects and other duties as assigned.   Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities.   Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in photography required.
