  • Collaborate closely with the Fleet Team, Dry Dock Team, and partner shipyards to plan, procure, coordinate, and align all required dry dock tasks
  • Contribute to the preparation, monitoring, and execution of comprehensive large-scale passenger ship refit programs, ensuring timely, quality, and budget-compliant delivery across all disciplines and stakeholders
  • Responsible for drafting technical specifications, managing administrative functions, and controlling budgets
  • Drive ongoing improvement and dynamic optimization of individual responsibilities and overall dry dock operations
  • Provide support to the full Dry Dock Team through preparation of reports, statistics, performance monitoring, and analysis of shipyard progressPerform other duties as assigned
