JOB OVERVIEW

To proactively manage client forecasts, stock levels and demand data, ensuring product is ordered and ultimately delivered at the right time, in the right quantity with full adherence to customer stock holding requirements whilst achieving minimum SLA’s.

EXPERIENCE

  • Self-motivated and performance driven.
  • High energy and good attention to detail.
  • Able to work and complete projects independently.
  • Comfortable in using Microsoft Excel.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate when required.
  • Experience of working with a similar would be an advantage.
  • GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at Grade C/4
  • Good level of spoken and written English

Responsibilities
  • To procure products from approved sources in a timely manner to achieve agreed customer SLA’s ensuring delivery at the right time and quantity.
  • Full adherence to budgetary constraints, cash flows and maintaining customer stock holding requirements whilst achieving minimum SLAs.
  • To monitor stock fulfilment rates and drive improvements through continuous refinement of the forecasting systems.
  • Actively seek out ways to rationalise product supply and utilise slow or obsolete stocks
  • To look at ways to drive margin improvement initiatives.
  • Achievement of all critical path key dates.
  • Ensure transactional processes are as effective as possible
