About you
We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or planning—preferably from the manufacturing industry, the construction industry, or another complex business environment. You have proven experience leading managers and/or large teams, as well as in change management and business development.
You have extensive knowledge of purchasing and supplier management, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and transportation. You have also worked with S&OP or a similar integrated planning process and are accustomed to managing operations using key performance indicators and follow-up.
You have experience with budget and performance management, as well as a solid understanding of ERP systems, master data, and digital processes. Experience implementing or further developing business systems is also important.
As a leader, you are clear, communicative, and inspire trust. You are strategic and analytical, yet at the same time hands-on and decisive. You are not afraid to challenge established ways of working, make decisions, and have the drive and perseverance to implement change.
You have an academic degree in, for example, industrial economics, supply chain management, logistics, production engineering, economics, or engineering. Other relevant education or extensive work experience deemed equivalent may also be considered.
Experience in industrial construction, prefabricated production, project management, or material supply to construction sites is a plus. The same applies to experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, automation, AI, strategic category management, and sustainable supply chains.
Knowledge of Lean Production, Lean Supply Chain, or Six Sigma, as well as relevant certifications in Lean, APICS/ASCM, change management, or project management, is a plus. You must be able to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

Lindbäcks is a fourth-generation family business that was founded in 1924 in Kallfors, outside Piteå. Since then, the company has had a vision of revolutionizing the construction industry with its building technology, which has evolved over the past 30 years. Lindbäcks has industrialized its construction processes without compromising on architecture, ultimately resulting in the sustainable wooden apartment buildings of the future that reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 50 percent compared to traditional construction. The company is well-established nationally and leads the way in the sustainable transformation of the construction industry; it is already ahead of upcoming climate requirements—with solutions that set the standard for future construction. Lindbäcks has a turnover of just over 1.2 billion and employs 340 people across its three offices and factories in Piteå and Stockholm. Read more at www.lindbacks.se.
