Role and Responsibilities Key responsibilities: Leading and continuously improving the demand forecasting process by integrating historical data, installed base, e-commerce trends, and local market forecasts. Involving in analyzing data to identify trends, risks, and improvement areas, facilitating regular demand review meetings, and proactively adjusting planning strategies based on market intelligence. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing workflows and decision-making frameworks through cross-functional collaboration that includes: division SCM, factory, Sales, Govern and oversee high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with strategic company goals. Ticket management in ticketing tool in operation connected with stock availability Closely monitor and plan new product launches and promotional activities together with Commercial and Sales Seek for work efficiency and bring improvement or automation ideas To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes: Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or inventory management Strong analytical and mathematical mindset with advanced skills in data processing and analytical tools. Strong project and change management skills, including stakeholder management and excellent communication abilities.
