We are looking for an Intern for the commercial area, who will provide direct support to the operation in Portugal, playing an essential role as a link between the company, customers, and internal teams. This internship has a strong focus on internal work, organization, and process follow‑up, making it ideal for someone who wants to understand how the business works beyond the sales activity itself. Your Responsibilities: As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for: Support in managing customer relationships, acting as a point of contact between customers and internal teams. Management and follow‑up of tickets (opening, monitoring, and coordination with technical teams). Support in initiating and following up on technical developments, ensuring alignment between commercial needs and technical execution. Management and follow‑up of partnerships, including partners that do not directly generate business. Organization of commercial and operational information (CRM, reports, follow‑ups). Cross‑functional support to the commercial area in administrative tasks and internal coordination. What We're Looking For: Someone with interest in commercial work, management, customer success, or operations. Strong organizational, communication, and process‑tracking skills. Ability to work with different stakeholders (customers, technicians, partners). Sense of responsibility and attention to detail. Good knowledge of digital tools (email, Excel/Sheets, CRM – valued). Fluency in Portuguese; intermediate English (B1/B2). Availability to sign an internship agreement with your Academic Center.
