At 3 Sided Cube, we’re passionate about using technology for good. As we develop in 2025, we’re looking for a Junior Support Manager to help coordinate and deliver support projects that keep our digital products performing at their best. Whether you’re early in your project management journey or have experience in client-focused roles, we’d love to hear from you!
Role Type: Full-Time
Salary: £23,000-£25,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Location: UK Office, Bournemouth
Work Model: Hybrid (at least 2 days a week on-site)

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • Some experience in a customer-facing or delivery support role—this could include internships, placements, or junior roles in project or account management
  • Interest in working in a digital agency, tech, or product environment
  • Familiarity with tools like Basecamp, Zendesk, or similar is helpful but not essential

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly summarise and share information
  • Well-organised and detail-oriented, able to track progress across tasks and priorities
  • A collaborative mindset, comfortable working closely with multiple teams
  • Eager to learn, take feedback on board, and grow in a fast-paced environment
