Description

Program Operations & Execution: Manage and support the beta program, including customer onboarding, issue resolution, and documentation review. Drive program promotion and adoption with Marketing and PR teams to demonstrate value and differentiation. Develop and execute scale-up plans (technical, marketing, communication) to accelerate adoption across existing and new customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sustainability, channel, marketing, product, and data experts) to define, align, and develop new versions of the program. Develop new value-added services, tools, and resources (advanced training, consultancy, reporting tools) to support monetization and customer value. Build and manage a customer sustainability community in collaboration with DScoop and other partners. Facilitate engagement, shared goal-setting, and recognition for customers' sustainability achievements. Contribute to the implementation plan for FY27 and beyond. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science/Design, Engineering, Digital Product Management, or Innovation. 0-2 years of experience in a related field. Proactive, innovative, and customer-centric mindset. Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams, customers, and suppliers. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Project management skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and cloud-based applications.
