We are seeking a Junior or Mid-Level Systems Administrator to support both IT and OT infrastructure in a manufacturing environment. This role is critical to maintaining uptime, security, and performance across production systems and enterprise infrastructure. This role will be working on-site five (5) days from our Sugar Land, TX office.

EDUCATION

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Equivalent work experience may substitute for formal education

EXPERIENCE

• Junior Level: 1–3 years in IT support or sysadmin roles
• Mid-Level: 3–6 years in infrastructure/system administration

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory
• Microsoft 365 administration
• Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, Firewalls)
• Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Exposure to OT systems or MES is a plus
