Would you like to join us? Hristo Popov is looking for a new team member. Your daily routine would include: Integrating, documenting, and testing MCM software packages and applications. Ensuring compliance with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Integrating, documenting, and testing client hardware and peripheral devices. Implementing, migrating, operating, and supporting mobile devices and applications. Providing ongoing support for M365 Office and Windows components, such as browsers, user profiles, and network logon functionalities. We’ll know you can make it if you have: Experience with Microsoft client products and the M365 Office suite; Strong technical knowledge of Windows (both Client and Server OS) and Networking; Basic scripting skills in PowerShell; A structured and self-organized approach to work; The ability to perform effectively under pressure; Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Nice to have: Knowledge of ITIL principles; Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell or Visual Basic; A creative mindset with the ability to innovate and solve problems independently.
