We are looking to add a full-time Junior Systems Administrator to our IT Department in our Columbus, Ohio (Dublin) office. The Junior Systems Administrator will support the firm's day-to-day technology operations by assisting with system administration, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining network and cloud-based environments. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated IT professional to develop their technical skills while contributing to the success of a growing firm. Job Description: * Assist with the administration and support of Microsoft Azure environments * Support and maintain Active Directory user accounts, permissions, and organizational units * Assist with Group Policy management and troubleshooting * Support Microsoft Exchange and email-related administration * Troubleshoot networking and connectivity issues * Provide technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issues * Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning and access management * Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and monitoring * Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting processes * Collaborate with IT Director on projects and infrastructure improvements Candidates must possess the following qualifications: * Associate's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field * 2-4 years of experience through internships, help desk roles, or related IT positions * Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, networking, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange * Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills * Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, strong ethics, and professional conduct * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team environment * Willingness to learn and grow within the IT field Preferred Certifications * CompTIA A+ Certification * Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Travel Requirements: * Occasional travel (approximately 10% or less) to DGPerry office locations as needed. Work Location: * In-person at our Columbus, Ohio office. While this role is primarily on-site, flexibility will be offered over time based on performance and business needs.
