JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Systems Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will assist in the management and maintenance of our systems and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of system architecture and a passion for technology, with the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:

 Minimum two-year degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science,
Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience
 Minimum three years experience in hands-on IT support roles
 Must live in Phoenix area to work in office. This is an on-site position.
 Expertise in Windows Server and Desktop operating systems, Linux Server operating
systems, Linux command line, and Apple systems running Mac OS.
 Expertise in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration and Microsoft Office
applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
 Experience writing SQL queries and performing database management operations within
a Microsoft SQL Server environment, deep understanding of SQL and relational
database concepts and.
 Understanding of TCP/IP networks and experience configuring and troubleshooting
various network equipment such as computer workstations, printers, routers and VoIP
phones.
 Understanding of Linux Apache and Microsoft IIS web server environments and web
applications written in PHP and ASP.NET
 Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and concepts to a business
environment.
 Ability to research, compare, and implement new technologies.
 Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects and prioritize based on deadlines
 Additional hours are mandatory during peak weeks, between Thanksgiving and
Christmas. No vacations are approved during this time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
