(Junior) Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w/d)

Location: Munich

Tasks:

• Filling existing vacancies in the automotive and commercial vehicle industry
• Coordination of vacancies with applicants
• Conducting interviews
• Conducting contract negotiations with applicants

Qualifications:

• Completed studies in business administration, economics, industrial engineering or a comparable field; ideally with a focus on human resource management or HR.
• (First) experience in recruiting is desirable.
• Confident use of MS Office
• Assertiveness as well as an independent and proactive work style
• Strong communication skills and openness
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
