Your contributions will be critical in building a diverse and dynamic workforce. Understanding of the recruitment processes and a strong desire to learn more about talent acquisition. Previous work experience in recruiting or human resources is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to foster relationships with candidates and collaborate with hiring managers. Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards for candidate sourcing. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. A proactive attitude and willingness to embrace new challenges.
