Job Description A Taste of what you will be doing: Sourcing - Finding the best candidates using Job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, our database and referrals. Screening - speaking to candidates (telephone and face to face) to match them to the right roles. Shadowing - candidate and client meetings with senior colleagues Networking - building own relationships, candidates and clients. Main focus: Ownership & Stewardship of Nordic Markets Talent acquisition and hiring ensuring recruitment best practice in the selection process Responsibilities: Manage the recruitment process by screening CVs, scheduling interviews, updating systems, posting job ads, and working with external agencies. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates to ensure a positive and professional recruitment experience. Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind Stay up to date with industry best practices in recruitment and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and candidate experience. Help develop and apply ways to attract and select the right candidates, in line with company goals and market trends. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and a Nordic language (preferably Danish) Approachable, proactive, and energetic attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Excellent people skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal teams. 1 year experience working within a customer/client-facing role Experience in Recruitment and social media will be an advantage. Experience or relevant degree in relation to the area of HR/TA would be an asset
